Why Attend? Specifically designed for those tugboat and towing vessel Operators looking to test their environmental response and meet those Spill Response Exercise requirements in 33 CFR 155.1060. Each year, the Green Apple Response Exercise sets a tabletop environment with practical resources on hand including OSROs, Insurance companies, federal & state agencies, spill response technology and others to better educate and promote practical response expectations and techniques. The Exercise is designed to additionally meet the 2016.1 PREP guidelines. It’s also provides a great way to build your network and meet those professionals before an emergency occurs. The Green Apple Spill Response Exercise & Mitigation Conference has been covered in major marine news sites such as Marine News and Workboat Magazine providing a great way to show your commitment to safety and training.
